Help us treat injured stray animals!
When able, North Georgia Animal Emergency Hospital will help very gently injured local strays on an emergency only basis. Our ability to help is limited based on funds and the ability of local animal rescue groups to assist us.
If you have found a injured stray in the local Tri-State area surrounding Blue Ridge, please refer to our injured stray animal page for information prior to bringing the pet to the hospital. If the stray dog or cat is in critical / life threatening condition, please bring the animal directly to the hospital for evaluation.
If you would like to help improve our ability to care for injured local strays we are always accepting donations.
Please note - our injured stray animal fund is small, and we are unable to accept any animals to keep here at the hospital. Our ability to help injured strays depends on the severity of the wounds, our limited funds, and the ability of local rescue groups to assist us. We are NOT a rescue group or humane society, we offer this stray animal fund to help local stray animals in the event of emergencies, when we are able to do so.
We are only able to work with local animals (from the tri-state area served by North Georgia Animal Emergency Hospital). If you have found an injured stray animal in another location, you should contact your local animal hospitals and/or animal control for assistance.
